RIGS Interest Meeting
Join us to learn more about The RIGS Project! This informational meeting is open to prospective mentors, mentees, volunteers, their families, and anyone interested in our mission. We'll provide an overview of our Christ-centered, multi-generational mentoring program, explain participant and volunteer expectations, and share the next steps for getting involved.
Mentor Readiness Workshop I
Before beginning their mentoring journey, RIGS mentors will gather for two interactive readiness workshops designed to reinforce key principles from their six-month training. Through discussion, practical exercises, and realistic role-playing scenarios, mentors will review essential skills, practice responding to common situations they may encounter, and build confidence for their first sessions with mentees. These workshops ensure that every mentor enters the program prepared, encouraged, and equipped to foster meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with the young men entrusted to their care.

Semester Begins
The journey begins! Our inaugural semester launches as mentors and mentees come together to grow in faith, character, leadership, and brotherhood through Christ-centered mentorship.
Mentor Comissioning
Join us as we celebrate and commission the inaugural class of RIGS mentors after six months of prayer, training, and preparation. Together with their families, we will recognize these faithful men as they begin their mission of mentoring fatherless high school boys—helping them discover their God-given identity, purpose, and potential in Christ. This special celebration marks not the end of their training, but the beginning of a lifelong commitment to advancing God's Kingdom, one young man at a time.
