Join us to learn more about The RIGS Project! This informational meeting is open to prospective mentors, mentees, volunteers, their families, and anyone interested in our mission. We'll provide an overview of our Christ-centered, multi-generational mentoring program, explain participant and volunteer expectations, and share the next steps for getting involved.

Before beginning their mentoring journey, RIGS mentors will gather for two interactive readiness workshops designed to reinforce key principles from their six-month training. Through discussion, practical exercises, and realistic role-playing scenarios, mentors will review essential skills, practice responding to common situations they may encounter, and build confidence for their first sessions with mentees. These workshops ensure that every mentor enters the program prepared, encouraged, and equipped to foster meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with the young men entrusted to their care.
